This website, snfguru.com, is operated by Medistaff LLC dba SNFGuru. You can reach us at info@snfguru.com.

This Privacy Policy primarily describes information collected through the public SNFGuru website. Information processed through the authenticated SNFGuru application is subject to the applicable customer agreement, a business associate agreement where applicable, and the other terms governing use of the application.

What this website collects

If you request a demo, the form asks for your name, work email, the facility or company you work for and your role, and optionally the number of facilities you operate and a message. If you follow a link to the form that names the part of the website it came from, such as the one on the Security page, the request notes it. It has no accounts, and every other page can be read without telling us who you are. Please do not include resident names or health information.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive the technical details a browser sends with each request, such as its internet address and browser type.

If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.

Why it is used

We use what you send us to reply to you, including to arrange a demo you requested. Technical request details are used to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell information collected through this website.

The website is hosted by Netlify, which delivers its pages. Demo requests are sent to the SNFGuru application at app.snfguru.com; the providers that handle them are listed under “Demo requests” below.

Demo requests

When you send the Book a Demo form, your request is stored by SNFGuru in the SNFGuru application's database, and a copy is emailed to our company mailbox, info@snfguru.com, so that someone can reply to you.

Along with what you typed, we keep your browser's description of itself (its user agent, shortened) and a one-way hash of your internet address. The address itself is not stored. Both are used only to recognise and stop abuse of the form, such as automated submissions.

We also keep how you found this website: the name of the website that linked you here (not the page), any campaign label in that link (such as utm_source), and the first page of this website you opened. Your browser holds these for the visit only, in the tab, without a cookie, and sends them with your request. They tell us which links bring requests.

These service providers handle a demo request on our behalf: Netlify and Cloudflare, which host the SNFGuru application and its API and receive the request; Supabase, which provides the database it is stored in; Resend, which delivers the email; and Apple (iCloud Mail), which hosts our company mailbox.

You can ask us to delete a demo request you sent by writing to info@snfguru.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the page, the website that linked to it, and the kind of browser and device, without cookies and without following you from site to site. Cloudflare, Inc. processes these counts for us. Its fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. No advertising scripts are loaded.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what information we hold about you from this website, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@snfguru.com.

Resident information and the SNFGuru application

The public SNFGuru website is not intended to collect protected health information or resident information. Do not submit resident names, medical information or other protected health information (PHI) through website forms.

Information processed through the authenticated SNFGuru application is governed by the applicable customer agreement, a business associate agreement where applicable, and the other terms governing use of the application, not by this policy.

When this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page and the date at the top is updated.
